I just recently found this channel on my cable provider . . . it's an interesting channel as they feature chefs (many of them have been on Top Chef and Top Chef Masters) cooking all types of cuisines from various restaurants from various locations.

It's a bit amateur hour in terms of the production values but some of the recipes are very interesting.  Chef Neal Fraser from Top Chef Masters just made a potato and corn risotto that looked absolutely delicious and not too hard to make.

I tend to watch PBS on Saturdays all day with 1/2hr cooking/recipe shows by a variety of chefs & cooks.  I find a number of great recipes to jot down, try.

I also have cable station 'cookHD that also has a whole different set of chefs, this channel is good too.
