This is a sweet and sour sauce, and I usually double the recipe.

2 T. butter, melted

2 T. soy sauce

1 (8-oz) can tomato sauce

1/4 c. water

1/4 c. white vinegar

1/2 c. brown sugar

In a small saucepan, bring all ingredients to a boil, just enough to melt sugar. Pour sauce over meatloaf.

Easy and always on hand: 1 cup ketchup to 1/4 cup brown sugar

I use a cup of ketchup, 1/4 cup of yellow mustard and 1/4 cup of brown sugar. I mix till blended and put on top. It's really good!
