Recent post within a post of a pork loin appetizer

I have searched for a pork loin recipe that was posted recently and just cannot find it. I thought it was in answer to a poster looking for different appetizers. As I remember, the pork loin was roasted, wrapped in foil, sliced thinly and served on a platter with a homemade dip or dressing. Sounded delicious, but I was out of town and did not print it out. My mistake for sure. Have looked for quite some time today without finding it. Does this sound familiar? Fingers crossed someone else will share with me. Thanks. Cece
