@AnnMarie-1 Same as the smoker. Place in oven instead of smoker and cook 1 hour at 225° F, until brown, bubbly and delicious.
Only difference is your cooking in the oven with no smoke chips.
When we made it in the smoker we used some chips during cooking but not the whole time.

Hi ... just saw your post -- I always make Ina Garten's mac and cheese recipe (I do add more cheese -- I don't grate it myself ... bag variety ... cheddar and Jack; but I do grate the greyeuer (sp) BUT basically follow her recipe -- the one with slices of tomato on top. Hubby is always asking for it ... but he doesn't always get it!! ha! AND the best part - it's so easy.
