@dodies I like "Jamie's Minestrone" soup on All Recipes. But I use fresh veggies and diced tomatoes instead of sauce. It's vegetarian as written, but I put in mini meatballs and use chicken broth. The other suggestion is to use cabbage, as some others have suggested. It always makes the soup more interesting. Also, some people here might remember the 0 points soup from WW. I used to make it all the time when the kids were little. They called it" f_rt soup." Hahaha!

thanks so much everybody; I KMEW this was the place to go!  Took screen shots of several of these and can't wait to try. I usually end up, like my baked beans, using the parts of several recipes till I end up with the o e I exactly want. My husband will be the test subject and I'm sure he'll like all of them.
