Those mini eggnog cheese cakes on that Delish link sound yummy--I may just have to try them out!

Well you are most welcome @aroc3435 and I am glad you found a recipe that may grace your table this holiday season.  Thank too for your support of the Recipe thread especially the next ingredient cardamom as a few years ago I ordered what I thought was cinnamon sugar from a site and realized when I looked at the bottle it had cardamom in it . . . hey, what's cardamom?  Well I have to say that is my absolute favorite spice blend so whenever I see cardamom it makes me smile . . . thank you my friend!

@momtochloe  It is an interesting ingredient.  Can be used in a savory or sweet recipe.  Sometimes I think I pick a "next ingredient" that is too obscure and maybe kill the thread's momentum.  

Since I'm newer at participating after being a long-time lurker I'm hoping some of the wise long term participants will come back, if they can, and post more regularly.  

Like . . . @forrestwolf . . . have you got something for us, if you have the time?

Lots of other names, too, that I don't remember off the top of my head, but I sure have a lot of their recipes printed out or copied by hand and have used in my cooking and baking repeatedly over the years.  Thanks to all of you.

The recipes thread is more fun than just "googling" for recipes because you know people here have usually used them, or disclose they haven't yet, but think they sound good.

Yes unfortunately @aroc3435 we have lost some really terrific posters but I do see some are coming back when they can and I am so glad you came to join us too!  I think there are folks lurking so it would be great to hear from them as there was a time that there was some unfriendly people posting but they seem to have moved on so I hope we are in the process rebuilding our community.  I am just glad you are here and helping us to rebuild!
