I had the most delicious chicken dish the other night. The hostess said it was a Rachel Ray recipe. It was very thin chicken breast, browned and simmered in gravy. The gravy was the best I have ever had (and being from the South, I've tasted some really good gravy). All she said was that it was a Rachel Ray recipe originally intended for use with left over turkey slices.

Anyone have this recipe that you might be willing to share?
