Re: RECIPE GURUS - NEED HELP!

@house_cat Martha Stewart has a one pan pasta recipe that works great!

Otherwise, put in your ingredients, cover them by about 1/4 to 1/2 inch of liquid and keep an eye on it, adding more if needed, until the pasta is done or the liquid absorbed to taste.

Yes. He refers to Martha's recipe in his video.

Re: RECIPE GURUS - NEED HELP!

@eddyandme , I went to the QVC webpage where the skillet is available for purchase. If this is the recipe you're asking about, referrred to as a One Pan Plan, the video there shows:

With enough water (presumably heated) in the pan to cover, add 1 pound dry spaghetti and disperse to an even layer

Add:

Cherry tomatoes, halved

Onion, thinly sliced

Garlic, minced

Red pepper flakes

Basil, 6 or 7 fresh leaves

Olive Oil, ~1 Tablespoon

Kosher salt

Cover and allow to cook for 15 minutes.  There was mention of butter to be added at the end, which usually presents a silky sauce.

I hope this helps, @eddyandme .

Strive for respect instead of attention. It lasts longer.

Yes, thank you @IamMrsG .  I just wasn't sure how much water to add, but will try it for lunch putting just enough to cover the pasta.

Thanx!

I found this lovely video from Donal Skehan.  His recipe looks very similar, but it's put together a little differently.

He uses 2 1/2 cups water or chicken stock.
