Also tried two different brands of quinoa and didn't like it and not near a TJs. But last week I was in a restaurant (traditional food with very non-traditional methods of cooking it and lots of different vegetable and grain pairings) and had farro risotto and it was to die for but I can't find farro in the stores anywhere. Probably doesn't matter because I'd probably not be able to duplicate what I ate anyway.
