@RespectLife

Sorry, I'm not a very good explainer...

Try that, I will review the steps & see if I can make it clearer.

Seriously, it sounds like a lot but its not.

I figured it out for myself & I'm no computer whiz. I just wanted to post stuff for mtc's birthday so I HAD to figure it out LOL!

Everybody...

@Chicagoan posted a terrific recipe idea for Upside Down Baked Potatoes!

Go check it out!  YUMMY!  @ChiliPepper and I already did!

@momtochloe

These made me think of you!  Would be a great idea for one potato in a toaster oven!

This definitely looks good.

Sopapilla Cheesecake Bars

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened

1 cup white sugar  ** see note

1 teaspoon Mexican vanilla extract

2 (8 ounce) cans refrigerated crescent rolls

3/4 cup white sugar

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 cup butter, room temperature

1/4 cup honey

Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Prepare a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.

Beat the cream cheese with 1 cup of sugar and the vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth.

Unroll the cans of crescent roll dough, and use a rolling pin to shape each piece into 9x13 inch rectangles.   Press one piece into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Evenly spread the cream cheese mixture into the baking dish, then cover with the remaining piece of crescent dough.

Stir together 3/4 cup of sugar, cinnamon, and butter. Dot the mixture over the top of the cheesecake.

Bake in the preheated oven until the crescent dough has puffed and turned golden brown, about 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and drizzle with honey. Cool completely in the pan before cutting into 1 inch squares.

**NOTES: I reduced the sugar in the cheese filling, it doesn't need that much.

Also, it was suggested to  melt the butter and mixe it with the cinnamon and sugar and this would make it easier to spread over the top of the dough.  I can't remember if I did that or left it crumbly.

AAARRRGGGHHH!!!

I hate my stupid, pathetic computer skills!

Is it possible my system is just too old?

I click on the picture.

Save Image as   is NOT an option

Only cut, copy, paste, show pic toolbar, borders & shading, Caption, format pic and hyperlink.

I tried saving just the pic as a separate word document.  Then when I click the pic icon above (that's the one w/ the mountains, right???) and try to insert it ...it tells me  "Invalid File Type"

It seems I am saving it as a document and I need to save it as an image?

okay, it seems that I can insert a jpeg picture.

I was able to post (but deleted) a pic of my DH and 1st BIL that I had saved as a jpeg.

It came to me that way.

So, apparently, I am not saving the pic properly to get it posted here.

I tried saving it to My Pictures...now it is too big...

sniff...sniff...I am such a dope!

NO!  You are a good explainer!  You made the steps VERY clear.  It just doesn't match up with what I am seeing.

I have Windows XP...that's how old this system is.
