@momtochloe, They are doing the same here. I noticed on the neighborhood website that there are several people complaining saying they are having electricians come out to check their circuit box. I think the power company is reducing the power to the neighborhood to conserve energy. It is just enough to take down that concentrator and soon we will have to have 2. I have written them (email) because there is no use trying to get a person.

We have had it go down about an hour ago due to a storm system. It is clear now but the weatherman is saying this clearing and warming will make the next line coming through much worse. Say a prayer for no tornadoes. Raleigh is in that line and it is supposed to start around 3 and be over around 7 tonight. I have moved O2 tanks downstairs.Wish us luck.

Totally praying!!!!

@RespectLife @momtochloe , So far we have had the nurse manager call, a respiratory therapist came out this am to check equipment and another nurse just came to make sure we were ready and that I have everyones phone number downstairs. I think we are as ready as can be.

Oh @tiny 2 I am so glad folks are being proactive and lending a hand.  Nice to know you have such good people close by . . . Heart

LOL!  Let's just hope none of those tree frogs make it into the house or i will have a basement full of those loud little critters!  It rained all day yesterday and must have stopped in the night.   It is cloudy and windy today and cool-I think we have only made it to 50 today but with the wind, it feels a lot cooler.  I think it was Tuesday that we were up to 85.

Have you ever been tempted to try Tweaked?

I never, ever watch HSN.  I knew he was on there with a new line...but I am so happy with my WEN, I never checked it out.

Now that he came back to Q Bird, I kinda was tempted!

IF it works like Ojon did......but I am overstocked on WEN.  I finally had to slap myself back to stop buying the great value kits!  I haven't purchased in almost a year.  Good thing it has a long shelf life.

Thanks for being the guinea pig!

@RespectLife

Honestly I don't think I would have given him a second look because I kind of promised myself not to get hooked on the beauty products on shopping channels.  They all seem to sell off and the product gets dumbed down.  Loved Mojave Magic-poof it was gone.   Loved Philosophy and while it always was disappearing fragrance to me, other people commented on what I smelled like.  After the company was sold, not one comment.   I do still use Purity.

Got hooked on hairspray from Nick Chavez then he almost disappeared.  Got hooked on Ojon and it got sold.  When you were so generous and gifted me that Ojon, I had completely forgotten why I loved it so.   I tried Wen, but never was all that sold on it.  I accounted it to the place I live.  Between the hardness of the water and the humidity here, lots of name brand things just don't work the same here as they do in other parts of the country.  I figured Wen fell in that category.  But this Ojon-WOW what a difference.  I am forever grateful for your gift.   I did notice that the cleansing conditioner that Denis has in Tweak'd doesn't require anywhere near as much as Wen does-many customer's commented on that.  Not to tempt you, but personally, that would be a huge selling point for me.  My hair is not as long as yours (it was before Christmas) but it is thick, extremely curly and tends to friz.  Just rinsing out all that Wen was an aerobic workout for me!

Hee @tiny 2 our problem went back decades.  When my parent's house was first built, we were literally the only house in the neighborhood for quite some time.  Once the entire neighborhood filled in, we (actually my dad) began to notice just a small quadrant of homes lost power while the rest were fine.  I can still see him standing in the front window hands on hips (like he had any) glaring . . . goodness that made him bananas.  The problem plagued us for decades until we had that awful town/county wide storm related outages.  It took almost three days to get power back but it seems like when they fixed it they corrected whatever had been wrong as we were luckily pretty much problem free.

I am so sorry this is happening to you and Mr. tiny2 my friend.  Undeserved stress is the last thing you need . . . Smiley Sad

Prayers for power (both electrical and spiritual) Heart

@momtochloe,

Our problems started after hurricane Fran. We had thousands of trees down in our neighborhood. There has been a problem with power since. I think they just did not get things back together exactly right.

Well you just tell those tree frogs that there is no more room at your Easter table so go find another house to croak at!  How are you feeling today, better?  It's supposed to be in the 70's all weekend around here and a few hours ago the yucky weather blew out.  It's nice to see blue skies again . . . Smiley Happy

Wow @mustang66lady

Ditto on that weather report, although our high was only 73 and that is long gone.

I'm wearing my coat, watching the clock tick annoyingly slow til I git outta here!

There has not been one smidge of sun today at all, almost 'night' like!

Fireplace, blankie and doggie....that's what I am waiting for!

I"m thankful you have the support system that you do have but no one should have to live in the fear their power may be out so long as to cause health problems.   Will keep you and Mr. Tiny in prayers and that the storms you get be just rain-and NOT the rain we got.

I agree, rinsing thoroughly is a total MUST for me and WEN.  I usually wash my hair in the laundry tub, so I can get a good rinse with that fancy faucet.  I can get my hair right up to it, so it works great.

I rarely if ever use hair spray, but I do like Nick Chavez.  I think I have one can still.  WEN came out w/ a really nice hairspray too.  I can't remember the last time I needed to use spray.  But I have it still, in case I need a bigger helmet head!  LOL

My beachwaver curls last til I wash them out.

I can't wait to hear how you compare Tweaked to Ojon.  Of course, you do realize that now you have jinxed it.....it will be sold and turn to garbage!  LOL  Isn't that what happens w/ things you like?

@momtochloe

It is true-there is NEVER enough room at my dining table for those frog but being only about the size of a quarter, sometimes a tad smaller, I am always concerned one might sneak in the door.  Had one sitting on the top of the storm door once when I used to babysit our grandson before and after school.  Was worried that he would jump in the house when I opened the storm door to let our grandson out the door to the school bus!   If one found its' way in now, and made it to the basement, my goodness I'd like to say I couldn't imagine but unfortunately I can.  DH didn't open our pool for a couple of summers and we were the breeding ground for those frogs!  The thought of ants, mice and roaches getting in the house is bad enough but NOTHING compared to the thought of one of those frogs getting in!  And one was just on the hummingbird feeder  a few days ago, just glaring at me.  Have no idea how he got on that!
