Good morning Kitchenettes!!! Happy Fab Friday my Foxey Friends!!!!

I thought it was Thursday when I got up but DD reminded me it was Friday!!!! Yea ha!!!

Gonna be a HOT, HOT, HOT, HUMID, HUMID, HUMID day & all weekend for that matter! Ugh!!!!!!! Respect should LOVE it though LOL!!!

Good morning everyone

Today is my Friday off.  I wasn't able to get my regular nail appointment for today for some reason (she may be on vacation) so I decided to skip this week and live on the edge with very long nails. LOL

I have my other salon appointment tomorrow.  My eyebrows can never be skipped.

And my cycle teach is off this weekend and I really don't care for the sub she has, so I am skipping that, too.

I will be out and about in this heat.  I have to take my new jeans in to be hemmed and get to Wegmans so I can do some cooking this weekend.

My neighbor has a for sale sign up as of yesterday.  I just looked up the listing and it looks like they've already moved out as the photos online show an empty house.  I know they had been doing a ton of work on the inside.  The deck is to die for.  They did a really nice job.  They have an end unit and back to the woods, so they had a lot of options.

They are nice people, a little nosey for my taste, but she was a good source of information for all police activity since she worked at the jail ;o)

I have never made any pasta in a crock.  It didn't come out mushy or overly chewy?

This will give you a good idea what your townhouse is worth these days, maybe?  We have 2 houses for sale in our development that are starting to make me nervous.  They haven't sold and are at the high end of pricing...which is where we were hoping to be next spring!

I'm still waiting for our drawings to come back from the architect.  We need to get our permit and foundation dug b4 Oct. 1 to avoid higher town fees.

As soon as that hole goes in the ground, I will feel confident it is all going to happen.

Then I hit the sale/purge trail!  I'm getting anxious to get at it but don't want to start selling in case, just in case, something falls through...and now I am sitting on cardboard boxes.

Yay, we're getting Heat Advisory warnings here too.

Also, flash flood "watch" for Saturday into Sunday. A "watch" is not as bad as a "warning" at least. Goodness knows we need the rain but not all at once LOL!
