Good morning @RespectLife if you "right click" on the image of @ChiliPepper new friends and use "Google search this image" it will take you to the sites that carry these birds.  They show BJ's which has the best price but they are also at Overstock and they are just a few dollars more.  If you have never shopped with Overstock I have done a ton of business with them and couldn't recommend them more.  Great company and great prices!

NONE of which produced any info.

BUT I called DH and told him to check out BJ and Overstock.  What for, he asks...I fixed the crane.  Well so we will have NEW cranes to take to the next house!

BUT he says...he ain't bringing the fish and doesn't want another koi pond!

WHAT??!!  Leaving part of our family behind?  While they ain't nearly as cute as Perfect Petra, OR personable like Mayor Condi...they are our pets!

Would he leave me behind?  SMH...what kinda man did I marry!  SIGH!

I appreciate your posting and reading so intently as to what is working for you and what is not.

As soon as they dig that big hole in the ground this Fall called MY Foundation....I am starting the purging!

After reading all your ups and downs...I'm thinking the best course of action is to just hire YOU to get rid of my junk!

I have such little tolerance for crazies, kooks, cons and thieves!

I so admire all the work you are doing but more so the progress you are making!!!

I'm in AWE!!

You can't hire me to get rid of your stuff.  I'll be worn out, used up, exasperated and still buried under too much of my own "stuff" to be of much help.  Thanks for the job offer, though!

And all others reading here...........the number-one lesson learned after years of doing certain transactions on Craigslist is to NEVER use the Craigslist system of "anonymous" email addresses in your listing.

Once you respond to the prospective customer, they have your email address and can actually hound you to death if you turn down their lowball offer, or they just shoot out a lowball offer they wouldn't have the nerve to deliver in person, and expect you to bow down and respond.  They also can make different offers using multiple email addresses, so you should never negotiate a price over the phone or in an email.

I give my phone number as the only means of contact, so that I get a chance to talk to the individual myself and decide based on the conversation whether I will open the door to a visit.  So far it has worked out far better that way.

I know one is taking a chance by opening the door to strangers, but I always let it be known that "we" (not I alone) will be here when they come and often drop a hint or two about all the  activity going on around our home, so as to discourage mischief.

One more thought about getting rid of stuff.......Selling the way I've been doing it is far easier for me than to hold a yard sale, where you're going to meet  people who want to pay pennies on the dollar and  some  who can be quite pesky, insulting and nasty to sellers.  THOSE are folks I don't want coming near my property!

The seller just seems to have more control with Craigslist.  The type of item you're selling attracts people specifically interested in that item, and you get to set the price and stick  pretty close to it without tolerating verbal abuse or nasty emails.

Also, people who trouble themselves to actually find your house and arrive at the agreed-upon time  aren't likely to walk away if you decide  to keep the price fairly firm and the item is worth what you're asking.
