Just Bling - What a great idea!   Thank You

I think one of my favorite super easy and quick desserts might be boring but it's always good and I even served it in summers when I used to entertain and people liked it a lot -

Clean, cut up, and macerate some strawberries and put them in the refrigerator to set.   All you have to do now is dish up a scoop of a nice Vanilla Bean ice cream and spoon some of the macerated strawberries over the ice cream.  Voila!   Great, super easy dessert.

I suppose one could use regular vanilla (boring) ice cream, or French vanilla (yick!), but vanilla bean is definitely the best.   Smiley Happy
