Yes, depending on the recipe. If you like sour cream, good Greek yogurt is pretty close to the same taste & consistency.

What type of recipe? They are both cultured milk products, but sour cream is much higher in fat. This could affect a baked goods like a cake or muffins.

Yes, you can. Kokob, have you ever tried the Fage brand? It is little more expensive than most greek yogurts, but it is so much creamier. When DH and I were still consuming dairy, I would use this instead of sour cream, as the taste is similar. It is a very smooth greek, not sour at all.
