Question about party food

Hi Guys,

I throwing a housewarming party for a friend. Allthe guests are going to bring a side dish or dessert. A friend and I are going to bring the main dish. We will be transporting it about 30 miles. I just need ideas on what the main dish should be. I don't really want to put her out once we get there as far as doing any cooking or prep. So I was hoping you guys had ideas on what I could do.
