Re: QUESTION ABOUT CORNISH HEN MARINADES

@Tinkrbl44 --I cooked a small-ish turkey breast in my airfryer that was to die for and left it uncovered--just turned it over half way thru the cooking time. It got nice a brown and crispy. I would not cover it anyway --I have a Breville counter top oven that I used 9x out of 10 and ---now for a big bird--maybe I would, as that would take much longer time to cook.

Oh, darn it .... I forgot to ask .... do you cover the hens with foil or leave them uncovered .... or covered for only half the time?

Re: QUESTION ABOUT CORNISH HEN MARINADES

I cover cornish hens w/aluminum foil during marinating.

I cook cornish hens uncovered.
