I do have Mary Beth's cookbook she wrote several years ago and refer to it often, but I find that many of the recipies are high in fat and salt. I have found this the case with many recipies I try, family loves them, bu.t I would like to see more low sodium and low fat recipies. So many call for a "cream of something" soup, and even buying the healthy version, they are really not that healthy.
