Hi Ladies- I'm getting too sleepy to continue tonight's pie preparation, so if I cover and refrigerate the pumpkin pie filling can I leave it overnight in the fridge until I'm ready to fill the crusts and bake them in the morning?
I've never done this before but I'm hoping I could stir it up tomorrow and be good to go.
Thoughts?

I do this all of the time. Normally the liquid will float to the top. Just remix it.

just don't let it sit any longer in fridge with the raw eggs any longer than 24hrs from what I read many yrs ago .
one food source says : " Eggs out of the shell will usually stay good for 2 to 4 days in the fridge ."
