Pretzels and chocolate

Hoping you ladies can help me. At church today someone had small square pretzels, a chocolate circle and an M&M on top. They had white and dark chocolate and pink M&Ms. I would love to have these for Easter.

Does anyone make these or know how. I am sure its easy but I don't know what the circles are.
