Is it possible to fry chicken breasts in pressure cooker.  Also does anyone have Tara McConnell recipe for spinach artichoke dip.  TIA

If you are thinking of doing your chicken like KFC does there's please don't do it at home.  They have professional, commercial grade pressure cookers designed for this purpose.  I can't imagine it would be safe in this home unit.

The answer to your question is no,  unless you want to use the brown/sear function where you have no control over the temperature.   The pressure cooker function employs liquid to make steam so I'm sure you can see that would make frying impossible.

Years ago,  the Wearever Corp. made a pot in which you could prepare KFC style chicken.   My sister had one and it made delicious chicken.   I think they discontinued it.

Go on  Evine Live shopping site and check out their flip pan. I saw them do just what you

want to do with this pan. I do think you will need the biggest size that they just started selling.
