Potato Gratin with Rosemary Crust

It's a bit pricey for a potato side dish, but a refreshing change from the same ole' whipped, scalloped or mashed potatos. After reading several reviews, I HAVE to try this dish!!!

 

This is what I'm making to go with our prime rib roast on Christmas...can't wait!!!
