Pot Stickers arrived thawed...now what

When I put them in the freezer it became a frozen block, all stuck together..Now what do I do...

Any suggestions?  Thanks...

if they were thawed out, then call customer service for a full refund.

it will be no cost to you and you can then dump them.

you can take a chance and reorder or wait until the weather turns colder.

i have never had a problem with frozen items thawing out in transit, but i have had a couple of other problems with food in transit and qvc customer service always takes care of the problem quickly.
