I'm cooking a pot roast in the oven tomorrow and was wondering what temp to cook it at and how long for a tender roast? I'm using beef broth, onion soup mix, onions to mix with it...also putting carrots and red potatoes in the casserole dish. I was going to brown the roast first and once in the oven will cover tightly with foil. Thanks for your advice!
