This is a really unusual salad recipe. I have not made it but think it is interesting and wanted to share. Sorry about the underline, I could not figure out how to remove it.

Popcorn Salad

2 cans of water chestnuts, drained and chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and cut into small pieces
2 cups finely chopped celery
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
6.2 oz. bag of Old Dutch brand White Cheese popcorn

Dressing:

2 cups real mayonnaise
1/2 cup sugar
3 tsp. cider vinegar

Add popcorn just before serving or it will become soggy.
