A friend of mine brought this Popcorn Cake to a function, and it was so yummy and fun! The kids really seemed to enjoy it, as did the adults. (During holidays, it is pretty to use gumdrops and chocolates that match the season!) I thought I'd share! {#emotions_dlg.biggrin}

Popcorn Cake

3 1/2 quarts (14 cups) popped corn

6-oz pkg (1 cup) chocolate chips or M & M's

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/2 cup margarine

10 1/2-oz pkg miniature marshmallows

1 cup chopped gumdrops

Line entire 12-cup bundt pan with foil.

In 6-quart container, combine popcorn & chocolate chips or M & M's. Set aside.

In medium saucepan, melt margarine. Stir in peanut butter and marshmallows. Cook over low heat until melted, stirring constantly. Pour mixture over popcorn and chocolate mixture. Stir to coat.

Press mixture into prepared bundt pan. Cool completely. Remove from pan onto serving dish/plate.

Enjoy!
