Great recipe, Lola! Thanks! Made them this past Friday night.

These were SO easy and so yummy! The batter whipped up so fast! Just took me a few mins. to chop the pepperoni. I used a stick of Margharita Brand...and I chopped perfect size little cubes. I used the cookie batter scooper to fill the mini muffins. I was even able to sneak a dash of red pepper flakes in there w/o DH catching me!

I will be making these often!
