@Kachina624 - When I want a truly indulgent grilled cheese sandwich, that's how much I pile on! And this recipe has cheese inside and out, so I think that amount is correct, even if it's a little excessive...

I am going to try this.

Using fresh baked sourdough bread from the bakery dept.
