Pistachio Nut Cake

1 box yellow cake mix

1 cup ginger ale

1/2 cup oil

4 eggs

2 pkgs. pistachio INSTANT pudding

3/4 cup chopped nuts

nuts for garnish

Grease a bunt pan. Mix all ingredients. Beat for 2 minutes. Pour in pan. Bake at 350* for 55-60 minutes. Let cool. Frost with:

1 pkg. pistachio INSTANT pudding mixed with 1 large container Cool Whip. Garnish with nuts.
