I copied a recipe awhile back on RS and it was delicious. It was posted under Pinterest Chicken Bake in a thread that legolovermd had started. The recipe was posted with pics. by Thingamajig and is the one using the pkg. of salad dressing mix and making 3 rows consisting of chicken breasts, potatoes and green beans. it was ever so easy to make and was delicious. I could not reply to that thread because it said the time was up for replying. You can find the recipe here.......http://community.qvc.com/forums/recipe/topic/383339/pinterest-chicken-bake.aspx#createreply
Thanks legolovermd for starting the thread and to Thingamijig for posting the recipe. it is definitely a keeper.

Sounds good. Has anyone tried it with skinless, boneless chicken thighs? Seems like an hour is a long time to bake chicken breasts. Maybe thighs would stay more moist.
Thanks for the recipe, would make an easy dinner for a week night.

Thanks for posting this again. I tried this recipe last night-it was so easy and really delicious. I used canned green beans (I usually have fresh but didn't have any) chicken breast tenderloins that I thawed, and a packet of Good Seasons Italian Salad Dressing Mix(0.7 oz). This will become a staple-thanks so much. I had seen the post earlier but had not copied it so I was glad to see it again. It was so simple-I was amazed that it tasted so good!

Hi ucm_mom...... I am glad that you were able to try it and that you liked it. My daughter tried it last night too and also liked it. Nice and easy for sure.
Hi Rainbows and roses...... Great idea thanks for letting us know. We love pork chops but lately they seem to be coming out very dry. By using this recipe I would think that they would come nice and moist. I will definitely give it a try. Thanks again.
Hi Lynneuk........I have not tried it with chicken thighs but it sounds like a great idea. I used the regular boneless skinless chicken breasts and did not pound them and they came out moist. I think if you use the thin cut or the tenders it would be dry. Also covering it with foil seems to keep the moisture in. I do like the idea of using thighs too.
