Hello!
Santa brought a pasta attachment for our mixer for Christmas. DH is going to make pasta tomorrow. Can anyone tell me how you store the pasta after it is made, and dried? Do you freeze it, or keep it in air tight containers? Knowing us, we will eat it all and not have to worry about storing it!
I can remember my grandmother making noodles, and she would hang them to dry all over the living and dining room...but, I cannot remember what she did after they were dry.
Can you help me? Thanks!
