Hi Community,
I was just browsing the web and one thing led to another and I came across this exciting and delicious recipe of a "Party Loaf" on rhodesbread.com that I wanted to share with all of you.

Source: http://www.rhodesbread.com/recipes/view/2257
Ingredients:
1 Loaf Rhodes™ Bread Dough, thawed but still cold
slices of your favorite cheese
cooked bacon
green onion, diced
dipping sauce
Directions:
1. Roll loaf into a 20-22-inch rope.
2. Form into a circle and place in the bottom of a sprayed bundt pan.
3. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise until double in size.
4. Remove wrap and bake at 350°F 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned.
5. Cool and then make cuts lengthwise and widthwise, about 1-inch apart, without cutting through the bottom crust.
6. Place on a sprayed baking sheet.
7. Insert cheese slices & bacon pieces between the cuts.
8. Return to oven and bake an additional 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
9. Serve with your favorite dip in the middle.
Sincerely,
Jane

Hi Jane,
Welcome and thank you so much for posting not only the recipe, but also the website. This looks like it would be great to take to a potluck or as an accompaniment with soup or salad. I checked out the Rhodes website and there are lots of great looking recipes, I never thought to look for recipes there, who knew what I was missing all this time. I even found two more versions of the Party Loaf recipes that I copied, one is a Fiesta Party Loaf (very timely) and the other is a Cinnamon Party Loaf. Thank you again for sharing and adding to my ever growing arsenal of recipes.

Welcome, welcome, AND welcome...............
When I was looking at the picture, I thought that was mini pepperoni on the bread, but then reading the recipe, saw that it was bacon, but then thought that mini pepperoni slices would also work with this recipe...........
