I would suggest you buy Campbells Tomato Bisque condensed soup, it's really delicious with bits of tomato in it and a great flavor.  I know a lot of you like milk but I add water.


 

 

Calories are low for the soup, but oh that bread!

 No you're not the only one! I just never found the attraction to anything they sell. Have eaten there a few times but I just don't get it.

@software,   I recently joined Weight Watchers and I can eat a 1/2 of the Cesear Chicken salad and a cup of soup onion, or vegetable, bean or tomato are less calories.  So you can eat at Panera and not feel guilty.  Just stay away from high sugar items in pastries and regular foods.  Cat Very Happy
