@RespectLife. Here is my favorite recipe for dumplings from my old Mirro Matic stove top PC cook book.  First I cook the chicken with some poultry seasoning, then cook the dumplings in the liquid.  These dumplings also make stew very special.

I also am including a flank steak recipe which was a family favorite.  Nowadays I just use Pepperidge Farm with some onions and celery.

This old PC came with a fantastic cookbook.  I misplaced mine but was able to buy one on eBay.  If you have trouble reading it, just holler.

Dumplings don't look so hard, do they?  I don't know why I have never made them before!
