Here's the one I was looking for californiamom. I thought it was more like Brit's with the pineapple in it, but it did not have that. I also have another one to. *warning contains cool whip!*

PISTACHIO DELIGHT

2 pkg's lady fingers, split each finger in half

2- 3 1/2 oz. pistachio pudding mix

3 c. milk

1 large cool whip

1/4 c. chopped nuts, optional for topping

Place the split lady fingers in a 9x13 to cover the bottom.

Prepare the pudding(as on box) using 3 c. milk. Fold in about half container of cool whip.

Spread half of the pudding mix over the lady fingers, repeat with another layer of lady fingers, and the rest of pudding mix. Top with the rest of the cool whip and nuts if wish.

Cover and refrigerate several hours or over night, the pudding needs to soften the lady fingers.

PUDDING DESSERT

1 c. flour

1 stick butter, soft

2 T. sugar

Mix together and lightly press into a 9x13. Bake @350 for about 10-15 minutes. Let cool.

1 8oz. cream cheese, soft

2/3 c. powdered sugar

12 oz. cool whip

2- 3 1/2 oz. pkg's pudding mix (pistachio, chocolate, vanilla or lemon)

3 c. milk

Beat together the cream cheese and powdered sugar, fold in 1 cup cool whip. Carefully spread over cooled crust.

Beat the pudding mix and milk until smooth. Pour over top of cream cheese mixture.

Cover with the remaining cool whip.
