9 cups mixed salad greens 1 cup sliced radishes 2 pears, thinly sliced 1 cup shaved Romano cheese 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil 1/4 cup of fresh lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper Divide mixed greens, radishes, and pear slices evenly among six plates. Top with Ramano cheese. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Whisk until blended. Drizzle over salads. Serve immediately. This is what I am serving as my first course.
