Over bought cookie ingredients....ugh.

as usual I over bought a number of ingredients for cookie making. I had graham cracker crumbs, white chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, condensed milk, and marshmellow cream.. so i found a simple cookie recipe using just 4 ingredients and they were the BOMB!!

4 ingredient smores cookies

3 1/2 cups graham crumbs

2 cups chocolate chips

1 can sweet condensed milk

marshmellow creme

combine the first three ingredients.... the dough will be tough to mix. place by spoonfuls on parchment paper. bake for 8 to 10 minutes in a 350 degree oven.... when they come out and are still warm, dollap a bit of marshemellow cream on top. it will melt and will spread out. let them cool 10 minutes then move to a rack......thats it. and they are YUMMY!!

PS make sure you use SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK and not evaporated milk!!!

Never ate any cookies made with sweetened condensed milk.

I did the same during Christmas. I bought too many bags of peanut butter chips & not enought butterscotch chips. LOL!!!

@so so I'm so very happy the only one of the four ingredients I have in my pantry are the graham crackers. Those cookies would already be on their way to the oven if I had the rest!

There's a great layered bar cookie using sweetened condensed milk.

I think they are called Magic Cookie Bars or 7 Layer cookie bar.

Lots of good recipes on the website for Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk

When you say 'spoon' the cookie dough, do you mean using a tablespoon, teaspoon or larger?

@KingstonsMom , Well to be fair, I didn't know you then, or I for sure would have saved you a cookie. It was a long time ago but I think the ingredients were S.Condensed milk, coconut, vanilla and mini chocolate chips. Mr Google could help you out if you want to make them.
