Orange-Pineapple Cake

1 box Duncan Hines Orange cake mix

1 small box Instant vanilla pudding

1 small box orange Jello Gelatin

1 1/2 c milk

1/2 c oil

4 eggs

Mix until combined and pour into 3 - 9 inch prepared cake pans. Bake as directed on the box. Let cool.

Filling

12 oz flaked coconut

2 c sugar

8 oz sour cream

1 large can crushed pineapple, drained very well.

Mix the above and take out 1 cup for the frosting.

Take the remaining filling and put between the cake layers and a little on top. Then frost with the frosting.

Frosting

Take the 1 cup of the filling and mix with 8 oz carton of thawed Cool Whip. Frost the sides and top of the cake. Store in the refrigerator. Let set a day before eating.Smiley Happy
