Online Recipe Storage and/or Backup

In the thread looking for an old cake recipe, Earthgirl gave a valuable warning about careful backup of our saved recipe files. Just one computer crash can erase years of work and, in some cases, irreplaceable and treasured family recipes.

There are websites where you can upload your collection and save them that way. As long as the website exists, you're covered. I am looking for such a site, but one that allows a lot of storage. I currently have over 700 saved in my "Recipes" file, with more than I want to think about yet to scan or type.

What is your system for backing up and protecting your recipe collection? Are you diligent about backing up your files? If so, what system do you trust and prefer to use?
