You got my attention again. I loved the Strawberry Sour Cream Cake and I know we will love this too. Keep the recipes coming. My printer won't get any dust on it anytime soon. Ha! Thanks for sharing fast and easy recipes.

Funny how I don't care for coconut unless it is in cream pie. That picture looks delicious.

I made this pie for dessert tonight. Big hit!! It was so easy and probably one of the best-tasting pies I have ever made. I did use almond milk instead of half and half. It came out perfect.

I made this and I think I cooked the filling on too high of heat and too long. It has to be stired constantly, which I did. I like the flavor and will try it again. It didnt seem to set well and I taste the flour a bit. (It didnt burn on bottom of pan)

That was my first thought - Maryanne's famous coconut cream pie. Your picture is making my mouth water. 7:40 am is not too early for pie, right?
