What is it and would you like to share it with us? I may need to bake to make it through this time.

I rarely have luck with new recipes, but I am craving a pound cake....I have my mom's recipe so I might bake this weekend. DH is not to fond of it so it will be all mine!

I had some shredded pork in the freezer and brioche buns, but forgot to buy Sweet Baby Ray's sauce.
Found an easy, quick BBQ sauce recipe on allrecipes called "A Very Popular BBQ Sauce". We cut the 1-1/2 cups brown sugar to 1 Cup and it was very good. May even do 3/4 Cup next time.

Lemon Brownies (my friend's recipe). A bake sale favorite:
Batter:
1 cup flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp lemon zest
1 stick melted butter
2 eggs + 1 yolk
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla
Whisk flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and lemon zest in big bowl.
Whisk butter, eggs, lemon juice, and vanilla in another bowl.
Stir wet ingredients into dry.
Spread into greased 8x8" baking pan. (I like to line with a parchment sling and then spray with PAM) Bake at 350 degrees until toothpick comes out with moist crumbs, 18-20 minutes. Completely cool in pan.
Glaze:
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
Whisk everything in bowl until smooth. Drizzle across top and spread with spatula.
Chill in fridge for 2 hours to set glaze. Remove from pan with parchment handles.

I'm exploring sourdough starter and bread. I found a great recipe here on the forum back from: "April 1 Today is National Sourdough Bread Day" posted by @Barbarainnc Dated 04-01-2014. So far I've made it two times and it has turned out super.

1920712's mention of a recipe by Barbarainnc made me rea!ize that I've not seen any postings from her in a minute. I hope she is ok.
