LOL!!! I like chicken. Eating it again tonight. Going to rotisserie a chicken in the Ron Popeil rotisserie. YUM!!!

That recipe looks delicious. Will save for sure. Don't do wine but the rest sounds great. I'll just use homemade stock instead. Thanks. Smiley Happy

My fav combo at Thanksgiving is turkey, dressing, gravy, cranberry sauce.  I've always loved that combination.

Having taught Foods as well as Adv. Foods, I have loads of fresh vegetables.

 

I save the sweet potatoes for New Years and have Kahlua Candied Yams with the herbed rubbed pork loin roast and collards.
