@lOVETOSHOP, here is the recipe I offered you.  It might seem like too much, but do not be leery of the amount of garlic.  These burgers have been a hit every time we have served them.

OMG Burgers

1 ½ pounds ground beef, 80% lean
6-7 cloves garlic, diced
½ cup crushed Caesar croutons
1 large egg
Fresh cracked black pepper

In a large bowl, combine first four ingredients and form into patties. Pepper one side, then turn over.  To prevent any burger from doming, make an indentation (not a hole) using either your thumb or the back of a teaspoon. Pepper this side as well.  Place on the hot grill rack, indentation side up.

Cook burgers to 160º internal temperature and toast the buns.

Remove from grill and build your burgers with your favorite toppings.

So tasty!  I just put some cheese and that was it.  Very flavorful.  Did not get to barbeque due to weather so had to fry, but really looking forward to cooking again on the grill.  Thank you so much for the recipe. Smiley Happy
