This is a great recipe for summer (with fresh fruit topping) or anytime with other toppings.
Peanutty Crunch Pie
Mix together ... 1/3 cup PEANUT BUTTER and 1/3 cup corn syrup until thoroughly combined. Add 2 cups Kellogg's Rice Crispie cereal; mix until well coated. Using a piece of wax paper, press mixture evenly and firmly around sides and bottom of a buttered 9" pie pan. Chill until firm. Spread 1 quart of slightly softened vanilla (or favorite) ice cream evenly in pie shell. Freeze until firm. Before serving, top with fresh fruit or chocolate topping (or other). Set out few minutes before serving and slice.

Crock Pot Chicken Sante Fe
2 cans black beans rinsed and drained 15 oz
1 can pinto beans rinsed and drained 15 oz
1 jar salsa 16oz. I use mild, you choose the heat
1 packet McCormick Fajita mix
2 to 3 chicken breast halves
Shredded cheese I use the Mexican Blend
Mix the first 4 ingredients together in bowl, place some of it in crockpot, add chicken breasts then cover with the rest of the bean mixture. Cook on low 8 hours or high 5.
(Cook time is based on MY crockpot always check before serving)
serve over rice with cheese.
