@shortbreadlover Every year I can't wait for fresh cranberries to be stocked in the grocery stores. This is really a cross between a pie and a cake. It is so, so good and everyone loves it.

NEXT INGREDIENT......BROCCOLI

BROCCOLI with Almonds
2 pkgs. frozen BROCCOLI
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
2 cups milk
3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup chopped almonds (or slivered)
4 slices crisp bacon, chopped
1/2 cup buttered bread crumbs
Cook BROCCOLI according to package directions, until tender, drain and place in a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle almonds on top. Make sauce of butter, flour, milk, cheese, salt and pepper. Pour over BROCCOLI and almonds. Place buttered bread crumbs and bacon on top.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.

Nilla Dippers
Ingredients:
24 Nilla wafers
1/2 C smooth Peanut Butter
4 oz semi-sweet chocolate

Thanks for the yummy recipe, Zhills. I meant to say "Nilla" wafers but still have "Vanilla" wafers stuck in my head. Weren't they called Vanilla at one time? Maybe I am dreaming.

You're correct, @walker ! Nilla is just the name brand of some vanilla wafers. I looked it up because my spell check kept questioning it when I copied and pasted the recipe!

Zesty Ritz Crackers
Toss Ritz with 1 stick melted butter, Ranch dressing mix, Parmesan, red pepper flakes, and garlic powder.
Bake in 300°F oven for 15 minutes.
Cool and store in air-tight container for up to 1 week.
Next ingredient: condensed soup
(Yes, you read that correctly 😱)

Easy Baked Rice Casserole
Featured Ingredient: Canned Condensed Soup
1 cup long grain regular--not instant--white rice
1 stick of unsalted butter--1/2 cup
1 can of Campbell's Beef Broth or Beef Consomme
1 can of Campbell's French Onion soup
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place rice, broth or consomme, and onion soup in an 8 inch by 8 inch casserole. Slice butter into pats and place on top. Cover casserole tightly with foil and bake for a half hour. Remove cover and bake for another half hour.
Can garnish with parsley for a dash of color.
