This is a nice slaw to make for dinner tonight.
Nutty Cabbage Slaw
1/3 cup non-fat yogurt
1 tsp. canola oil
1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1-1/2 tsp. sugar
3 cups green cabbage, shredded
1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
1/3 cup walnuts, chopped
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
Whisk yogurt, oil, vinegar and sugar together in large mixing bowl.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for later use, up to 12 hours.
