I was watching The Kitchen earlier today and Jeff Mauro had an interesting recipe for Stuffed Mushroom Lasagna which used no cook lasagna sheets.

I have never used these before and was wondering how folks felt about them.  Any experiences, thoughts or opinions will be greatly appreciated . . . Smiley Happy

I love them.  Use then all the time!  Just be sure to cover the entire noodle with sauce and they cook perfectly.

I think they are great. Like another poster said, make sure they are covered with the sauce.

I make lasagne all the time with regular uncooked pasta.  I just use it dry, with an eyeball to enough moisture in the layers to compensate for the lack of pre-cooking, and it's generally pretty delicious.  I've never tried the "no-cook" stuff.  I don't find it necessary.

@momtochloe I just use regular noodles when I  make lasagna and do not boil them first.  I  do use a little more sauce and çover with foil while it bakes and they are perfect every time. I was buying the no bake noodles but a friend who is a great cook told me to just use the regular noodles and i have done this for years.  It does save a little preparation time.

My niece made lasagna on Christmas Eve using the no-cook noodles. That was the first time I tried them. She said it made her job a lot easier. The lasagna was delicioous.

I use the regular lasagne noodles too, not the ones made specifically for the no-boil recipe.

I have a recipe for lasagne using regular noodles and adding a cup of water to the sauce since 1985!

My kids loved this one!

Like the others, I use the regular lasagna noodles with no issues.  No need to spend the extra money for the no boil noodles
