Recently got  the Cooks Companion 11 in 1 cooker and have been very pleased with it. Got Alison Waggoners cookbook with it...Highly recommend both.Especially like that the cooker is Ceramic ...I went from never using my crockpot to using this thing A LOT...

I make Version #1 probably once a month, sometimes twice.  I don't add any potatoes or other veggies.  I prefer cooking on low for the longer time rather than fast on high.  When it's done, I shred the meat and we eat it on hoagie buns.  

Another similar receipt that's really good is Three Envelope Roast.  I make that one often too.  

This weekend I'm trying a recipe for Portillo's Italian Beef.  

That Ninja 4-in-1 has been a very worth while investment for us.
