just be careful to not let it get too hot or it will burnup.  also never knead bread in it on a speed higher then 3

I had one and had it boxed up and sent to my daughter.  Every Thanksgiving I visit her (in Denver).  I mainly use it for the mashed potatoes (supposedly mine are the best).

 

I've sent her many attachments that work with it.

 

My advice is to be on the lookout for all of the attachments that makes life and cooking even easier.

 

She loves to make her own pasta with the attachment.  I can't even remember all of the things I've sent her that attach to this thing.
