New at my store this week

I've been wanting this salad and they had it.

 

Black beans, green peppers, yellow peppers, red peppers, smidge of tomato, some corn, and I love it.  So good.  I'll probably get 3 salads out of it.  Now, I can buy it and it won't get wasted. I know I could make it myself, but I've been busy, and this fits the bill and it's good.  Getting my veggies in. Woman Very Happy Oh add Bermuda onions!! ooooooh.

 

It's like the salad at McD's so they call it Southwest, in most books I've seen.

It is good!

 

I have had that salad as a dip with tortilla chips. I never saw it in a store. Will check it out.
